Welcome to another monthly thread! Feel free to share your work either here or through individual threads on the forum, whatever you are more comfortable with.

The rules are simple:
  • Add your contribution by responding to this first message in this topic.
  • Change the subject of your message, then embed your image into the reply with whatever you’d like to say about it.
  • If you want criticism/critique (C&C) or technique feedback, say so. It’s generally assumed that you want general feedback, but direct requests make it clearer.
The title of the thread shouldn't discourage you from posting older pictures. Feel free to post anything that you found again in your archives or that you are currently working on.

I went to my first predator flying demonstration last month. It was a lot of fun being able to see them up close. I did not have my 30-110 mm as it is still being repaired but I think the 10-30PD worked better anyways. The sky is that grayish color because of the smoke from all the wildfires burning.

Saker Falcon
Saker Falcon

The falconer demonstrated falcon hunting tactics by swinging a piece of leather on a string to simulate prey. Its flight pattern was highly unpredictable and that was the falcon's hunting tactics. I only managed to get a shot while it was on the ground protecting its catch.

A very ordinary stained glass window from the outside, but the effects inside are amazing with the reflection on the old stove floor.

4 from this mornings walk. Milford beach and marina near where I live. A bit cloudy and uninspiring but keen to test the new J5.

Superb! what else can I say!

That is exceptional

A real eye-opener for an owner of this camera. Have been debating which of the big 3 to get Sigma C, Nikon 200-500 or the Tamron G2

Quite possibly the last daisy of the year in our small garden. Taken with my V2 & 10-100 non-PD.

Fond memories. First time I saw an elephant walking down the street was in Udaipur. Also cannot forget chai experience there. My wife and I ordered from a chai wallah near the Hindu temple in the center of town. The kid ask if we wanted it to go in a plastic cup or in a glass. When we saw him washing glasses next to the ditch with a very dirty cloth we promptly requested a take away cup. 😄
