B. It also works as the plural of IMAGO, what we're about here.

Theresa K is pretty obvious, it's short for Theresa Kelly, I
figured using my 'real' name made it easy for people to remember
me. It seems to have worked! I also use the same name on pbase
and smugmug.

I'm still trying to convince my wife it's a necessity, and an upgrade from the Oly.

She cannot accept the fact that I need to upgrade my camera after less than a year of using it.

Sure she's seen the wonderful shots people here are taking with it, but she keeps reminding me how I showed her the wonderful shots people took with the C5050... LOL

I used to use Gator to keep track of my passwords etc. But learned it was a horrible bot type program. So now I also have a crib sheet. I try and keep it simpler now but it doesn't always work. Who knew there were so many LaRee's around?

I understand, there are a lot of parts in there which will fit a Dying UZI ;-) , in fact I'd thought of recasing my UZI in a dead EZI but as there aren't any dead EZIs (just mint perfect ones buried under piles of dust) and plenty of dead UZIs (due to heavy overwork) I never got to do it

Personally, I am sick to death of 'convince me to buy this camera', 'the fz20 is so NOISY', and 'what a piece of cr@p the fz20 is' posts. Why don't they just leave us alone and whine to the manufacturer?

And one more thing, why is that the censors allow a variety of expletives but sensor cr@p?

--I would persever with the 5050 as it is still an excellent camera, but I would add a Tcon17 to show the wife how the extra zoom range is handy then when she agrees get the FZ20 and use the Tcon with it as well.

south? Much time in my childhood spent with my grandmother who
lived in Aspatria (pronounced spiatrie by the locals!, eh
Jonwilly?) on the road from Carlisle to Whitehaven, and with
relatives in Silloth and Skinburness ... that's if you are south of
the firth

Pass through Aspatria at least twice a week. Most of the time I'm now in Maryport.... how unfashionable can one get -- but I like it, far more than Edinburgh....

Sadly now the pestilential so-called local development agencies have got more big government money after all (they blew about one and a half million last year with nowt but bollards to show for it) so they might well mess it all up, just as they are about to ruin Workington by remodelling the centre around -- no kidding -- a new Debenhams store!

And almost everywhere is still under threat from these damned windfarms.

"Forth" was a conveniently short login I'd already used in a couple
of web forums (having used my real name for several years in usenet
newsgroups prior to that)..... and it was chosen because of living
in Edinburgh, which is next to the Forth estuary. If I was starting
now, I might go for "Solway" instead.

Jay was the name of my beloved dog (he unfortuately died quite a few years ago).

I used to call Jay "Jaysee". A sort of nickname I suppose.
