Pixelated Live View R5 Capture One Tether

Hi,
I posted this in the Canon forum but no luck there

I am trying to use my R5 for tethered shooting using Capture One. Everything works great other than the live view image is pixelated at lowe magnifications.

If I zoom to 100% - the picture is great but anything below 100% and the image is awful
I am hoping someone on here has encountered this issue and can help

I have spent a lot of time searching for remedies but the main search results are for people complaining of the opposite, ie - image pixelated at 100%

Capture One have fixed the 100% issue with the latest release and I'm now wondering if that fix broke the other magnifications

The camera and Capture one are running the latest version/firmware
I have tried Helicon Remote and Eos Utility and both show pixelated images when viewed at normal magnification

I have attached screenshots of no zoom, 66% and 100%

Live View is always pixelated in my experience, until you zoom in.
