She looks to be in great shape, she got pretty high without a board. Why don't you get rid of the white plastic pipe and small blue below her? I know you can.

Excellent collection Harvey. Perhaps try Panning her sideways to get motion shown in the backgroundI've experimented to find the optimal settings to capture my dog playing on the beach. The problem is that she's very fast and is usually running at, away, or past me. I've programmed my latest settings in M1 for fast selection: shutter priority, 1/1250th sec., center single-shot autofocus, continuous shooting, f/5.6 exposure, auto ISO. I want to stop all motion, and I'm not all sure that those are the best settings. I'd welcome any advice.

Capturing Motion in a Parade is a major part of it, you did well and the combination of the pleased crowd with the wonderful colors of the performers is very involving. I went to your gallery and viewed it large, even better.Taken with the RX10M2, SOOC and no PP.
I really don't do street photography but I've been expanding my experiences to have a wide variety of material and to gain more confidence shooting!!
This was taken at our local Mardi Gras parade and honestly I can't remember if they were moving when I took the shot or if they just ended a set and were posing? They were a good distance away, further up the street and I was just able to sneak a shot in while they were in good lighting.
All superb, and hovering over the exif to see what speeds were used is informative, thanks for the exhibits.
What do you mean 'Single Entry'? Dig a few more out for us.Taken with the RX10M2, SOOC and no PP.

I swam and dove quite a bit when young. Once, from the high board, I was going to do a double back flip, failed to go out far enough, 1st flip head came up under the board, knocked myself unconscious, had to be saved by someone down below. Took me quite a while to do a back flip again, but I did. Now I make a much bigger splash, perhaps a wave, when my beer belly perfectly knifes into the water.

I meant, let's go see it now, and YOU go off backwards!
I think you've got it dialed in pretty well. I do like the last one best. I noticed it's at f4, and gives a little bokeh which does make that image a keeper for sure. I don't think you could slow the shutter speed very much, the dog legs would get blurred. Wonder if you could PP an image to blur the water but keep the dog sharp? Just thinking out loud...I've experimented to find the optimal settings to capture my dog playing on the beach. The problem is that she's very fast and is usually running at, away, or past me.
