But I like being retired. I like being a "fake" photographer and taking "fake" pictures - best of all, no one gets to tell me what to shoot or has any say in which ones are "keepers" - except me.

PS – only 8 more posts for yet another pop up/no pop up thread.

Dpreview should collect all of them and put them in a book for Amazon - it would sell dozens.

Just bought a 5D Mark2 via the mail. I was surised to see it did not
have a built in flash.

Do I not need it with this new camera?

My olf 30D had the built in flash.
