What kind of memory card do I need to record 4k on Lumix ZS60?

I bought a Lumix DMC-ZS60 last year. I bought the camera in a kit from Cameta Camera that came with a 64GB SD card that is 45MB/s 300x. I didn't know about what speeds of read & write you need for 4K and I'm still confused. I just assumed the memory card they gave me would work with 4K since the camera can take 4K. I took 4k video at my son's wedding using that card. I just assumed if there was anything wrong, the camera would tell me. Now I'm seeing memory cards that have a 3 instead of a 1 inside a U. I don't even remember seeing cards like this in the stores. Can someone tell me what happens when you take 4k video with an SD card that only has 45MB/s 300x? I won't do it again but I just wonder what difference it made on the video. And if someone could explain a little about the different kinds of memory cards and what cards I should buy for this camera.

The manual, page 37, says UHS Speed Class 3.

A quick google search for the minimum write speed of an SDXC Class 3 card shows 30MBsec. As yours is 45 you should have nothing to worry about. At 64GB you have plenty of capacity. SDXC/UHS I cards have a single row of contact pins. Do not be tempted to buy a UHS II card, the ZS60/TZ80 cannot make use of the extra row of pins for even higher speed.
