*VENDER Problem!

You're interpreting this as B&H intentionally sending you broken and possibly fraudulently labeled equipment before you've even had a chance to talk to their customer service.
And yet as it turns out, it wasn't B&H Photo at all.

For Tony....

I commend you for having enough class not to overreact and unfairly trash a good vendor, without giving them a chance to remedy it.

It's clear to see that patience pays off. And at the same time, if they had not made it right you would not have lost anything by giving them a fair chance.

I'm so tried of reading threads of other people trashing vendors for stuff that more often than not, ends up being a misunderstanding or an error on the purchaser's part.
