Shay stephens gimp PF plugin/script?

Hi all, I used to have the Shay Stephens purple fringe script for gimp but since having HD failure and not backing up Gimp scripts I have not got it anymore.. I have tried to contact Shay on net via different web sights but have not had any luck...

Does anyone use Shays PF script for gimp if so could I have a copy... I have paid for both the Photoshop and Gimp versions ($20).. I have not found anything that comes close for this on gimp....
