Trying to get my head around custom WB in camera, in this case A7Rv
Have given the in-camera system a try, with the little box on both a white and a grey card
Both seemed to give wildly out results. In this case, a partly sunny evening, in the UK, sunset. The result it came back with was 8000k!
Anyway, the camera auto seems fine, as with shooting using a preset or 5500k
But would like to know how I can set this for future ref
Main situations that I"m concerned about are grey, overcast outdoor locations
Any tipcs gratefully received
