R7 Menu set-up guide needed

I'm searching for a community member's R7 step by step menu and set-up guide for birds and wildlife.

I recall it was so nicely put together and presented. It moved thru each Menu color. The author was a regular contributor here. It was presented on a personal website.

Hoping someone here know where I can locate this guide.
