The Canon RF 100-400 F5.6-8 IS USM is a relatively compact tele-zoom lens for the company's full-frame mirrorless system. It features 12 elements, including UD and aspherical glass, as well as Canon's Super Spectra Coating to reduce ghosting and flare. The focus group is driven by a Nano USM motor. The minimum focus distance is 88cm (2.9 feet) at 200mm, and the maximum magnification is 0.41x (at 400mm). For even more reach, Canon's 1.4x and 2x teleconverters can be used.
