Theresa K is pretty obvious, it's short for Theresa Kelly, I figured using my 'real' name made it easy for people to remember me. It seems to have worked! I also use the same name on pbase and smugmug.

I drive a wierd truck/SUV made by Chevrolet,an Avalanche.Chevy calls it a "luxury sport utility truck. So I flippied the letters and call it a SLUT(sport luxuty utility truck). Then, I'm a graduate of UT(that's the University of Tennessee.Nickname= Volunteers). The Volunteers are called "Vols"for short, by Tennesseans.

So,combine Avalanche and Vol....you get aVOLanche(it's a name I started using on a Tennessee football board).Hello from Rocky Top,where we git our corn in a jar.
Theresa, everybody from Michigan eventually ends up in Knoxville:)

Toody,my wifes nickname is Dooty(or Doot for short). Also picked as an infant from "dootlebug".

Just Snargle...it don't mean a thing, but I've been using it forever as my "online persona" so that's what I'm stickin' with. When I first started communicating over the Internet, I had to pick a name and that's the first thing that popped into my head. So far, it's served me well...

Ramblin_mo = Hobby is rambling around exploring backroads and the roads less travelled in MO Missouri.

Searching for rare and endangered plant species, unusual geologic formations, wildlife, the perfect piece of property on which to retire and the meaning of life.

Seems to be a weekend ritual.
Thermos or two of home roasted coffee
20 GB of music randomly chosen
Gazette road atlas
FZ15, FZ1

Goal - To find roads I've never been down, preferably in the rich river bottoms/river hills.

I used to work on the THX (Lucasfilm) laser-disc program. Subsequently I became the guy to answer all e-mailed inquiries about THX that would come into the company. People started calling me 'Mr. THX'. When I got AOL years ago, [email protected] was taken. I settled for 'sirthx' and it has stuck!
Memphis, where I live + James, my name. Sooooo original... lol I

Well, mine isn't too original I guess...had to think of something when I registered...just read backwards...and I'm still very enthousiastic about that thing!

My full name is Martijn Pleines, see some of the pics I've taken so far at http://home.planet.nl/~plein187/home.htm

Sorry, part of it is in Dutch, but it's mostly about the pixels anyway. Photography is all FZ20, no add-on filters/converters etc.

Best,

Martijn

theprOdIgY where all the supposed vowels are removed. It started off as the band and soon thereafter, I found the definition of the word to be more intriguing and so it stands this very day.

Being such a new member (a whopping 3 days) I'm not sure if I can qualify for an entry here, but here goes.... Dougster is long for Doug, which was already taken. Being from the St. Louis, MO area I'm enjoying Ramblin's gallery....
