Lumix Gh5 stucked on operation lock/ Buttons and screen not working

hi, i just got a used lumix gh5 and i realized its on operation lock, i was able unlock it by pressing alot of buttons but i didnt pay attention so i locked back..how can i exit this mode as its not making the screen and buttons work.

i should also mention that when i press the menu buttons its brings up a date input, the screen and buttons works fine when the dialog appears.
