So, while people could still "explicitly" install spyware because
they want to play the neat-o-cool game or pirated
music/movie/file-sharing app, it'll take the rug out from under a
lot of worms, and "drive by" hacks that can affect folks trying to
stay on the correct side of the center line in road.
