Lightroom for RSP users?

I just downloaded mine - no problems. I saved the web page and I copied the serial number and pasted it into a text file that I stored with the downloaded file - I normally do this with downloads and then backup the combination.

On another site I read that if you don't dl with IE (as Firefox for instance) you will not see the serial number. I happened to be using IE at the time so got my serial number, dled. I've been using beta 4 and haven't installed vs. 1 yet since I'm using PSCS3 beta most of the time.

My understanding is that the Adobe support or LR site will have a solution for the serial number thing quite quickly. Check there again.

Try again. I had the same problem (no serial number 10 hours ago) but now the link is still working again and I have a serial number.

Hi,

I had the "no serial no." problem in Firefox last night. Like a fool, after umpteen attempts, I downloaded anyway.

Today I opened IE, opened the email, tried the link, and the serial number appeared immediately. I played safe by downloading again!

Maybe something to try?

Got the email from Adobe today.
The serial number worked and the software seems to be working OK.
Hope it works fine for all you other RSP users.

If not do not hesitate aplying to Adobe customer-service and "nagging" to them until they solve your problem, and you get your deserved copy.

Same here, followed the instructions an got no problems.
LR V1.0 is installed and library fro the beta 4.1 is updated. No glitches.

Yes it's out. But when I follow the instructions, the Serial number
doesn't show up where it's supposed to, so I haven't yet been able
to download it. Nice job Adobe!!

I had the same problem. No serial number, but I could download it.
The link is dead now.

We had some problems indeed at the time you received the email, together with another 10 000 persons, the unique server had troubles generating that many Serial Numbers.
There was a way around, but now it is too late.

So here it is for you!
