Jaco,

Very nice, I love the compression you get with that combination!!!!

By the way, I have to ask, where about in Belgium are you? My reason for asking is, some years ago my family (here in the States) hosted a very nice young man as an exchange student with YFU. His name was Steven Timmermans from Bree, Belgium. He became a genuine part of our family and we consider him as a son. He has returned to us several times and my wife and daughters have beenthere several times. I would like to have gone, but a couple of things got in the way........my job at the time, and the fact that I will not fly. It'll have to be by boat, or someone has to build a bridge so I can drive.

Anyway, I did enjoy your photo very much.

Regards,

George

We are well situated: 60 kilometers south of Brussels, 60 kilometers from the Netherlands and 55 kilometers from France. We have to make 200 kilometers to go tpo the Seaside.
I don't know Bree but I think it's in the flamish part of Belgium.(in the North)

Jaco,

So nice to hear from you.

As I was reading your message, I called my wifes' attention to it. She found it interesting and also noted to that your town is noted for guys walking around on stilts. Is that true? Seems kind of different circumstance to be famous for.

The young man I spoke of is now 35 years old and lives in Leuven. He flew back to the States last year to attend our daughters (his sister) wedding. It was really nice to have him back "home" for a week.

Anyway, take care and shoot lots of pictures.

Sincerely,

George

Hello G. Law,

Bree is only 25km from where I live ...
For Jaco, it's a lot further away.

Jaja,

So nice to hear from you. Isn't it amazing how small the World as become with the advent of the internet.

25km, that would be only (roughly) 16 miles here in the States.

I did click into BelgiumDigital momentarily and it looked very interesting. I added it to my "favorite places" on the computer and will be going back to it when I have a little more time.

Best regards,

George

Hello G. Law,

The world has become a lot "smaller" since the internet.
When I'm in the neighbourhood of Bree, I will take some images ;-)
And thanks for your nice words about BD ...

Jaja great stuff! I just ordered my step up ring and I am awaiting its arrival! Then I can hook up the Tcon314b besides the Tcon 300s with the B 300 which is 1.7 giving me 510! After I try those combinations I am going to also see if I can fit them to the E-100's lens.

Hi Jaco

This image is wonderful thans for sharing it. It bring the issue of lense to me when trying to decide between the E10/20 or the CP5000 (the later one is consider very lens & scope friendly is hte same true for the E10).

I am getting lost with the lenses issue of the E10. Add on lenses (their availability price and quality) are a major issue when deciding on any camera. From what I read (have visited your site too) only the Oly lenses can fit. What are they?, Is 28 mm the widest? what is the longest and degrees in between? can the camera use its zoom with those lenses (lenses or adaptors?) or are they fixed length? what is their average price? how big and heavy arethey?, etc. I am probably asking too much so I will appreciate any amount of information that is not too much of a trouble.

Thanks

Ruvy
Hi everybody
A "very simple image" ;-):
Put a (your)T314b (Tcon300+Tcon14b) on a (your) E20 ,a simple
underexposition of 3 stops and let's frame...

Hope you'll appreciate!

Hi Jaja (not Jaco;-))

Thank you much

Have been to your site and cant complement enough how impressed I am with it - what a job!!! A specially impressive is your demonstration of the different magnifications in one image - great staff. Yet, I do need some additional information on weights and cost. can you advice me where to find them.

Ruvy

PS. On your TCON 14b page you have two images with and without the tele converter. in each one ofthem the other image is tinted brown (either the tele or the normal image) Why is it?
