As a recently rejected FCAS applicant, I'd have to agree with UF. The rejection is totally based on substantiated facts, and doesn't feel as horrible as I'd imagined.

I fear, however, that now that UF knows what rejection feels like,
he may ease up on new applicants. :)
If we backed off the standards, I think it would be the end of
FCAS. My guess is that it's endured, and people like the challenge.
