Thank goodness you are OK. But sorry to hear about such a tragic accident. I am glad you are OK. You would be suprised (maybe!) how often this kind of thing has happened around here. What is happening to mankind???

What a frightening situation. I am sorry to hear about Mrs. Leung but glad to hear you are OK. My first reaction was did you get any photos, but it is times like that when you realize that the photos are not as important as the people who were injured.

I feel terrible for Mrs. Leung's husband and family. I'm almost
positive that she was not related to our Leung. I've checked his
posting history and he's been active in the forums all day. If it had
happened to someone close to him, I doubt he'd be posting in here.
You spy you!! :D
Indeed she wasn't my relative... but I hope the best for her family.
Hey man, I'm glad there was no relation. It still sucks, as you said. I work outdoors as a Land Surveyor with a crew of three guys. We frequent all kinds of restaurants all the time for lunch. Makes me think twice about sitting by the window. The piece of sh_t who killed her with posession of weed shoot get long jail time.

Glad to hear you are all right save for the trauma of witnessing such an incident. Too bad for the family involved.

When we hear of stories like this, we have no idea of the people it affects.

Again, glad you are fine. Hope the rest of 2008 will go better for you.

I am glad you are not injured. Moment's divides us from death. I've personally survive two recant wars in Balkan. I know how is like to be in close death situations. Sir, one thing I've learned from my expiriance for sure is to respect life in every way I could. It's one life we have. I hope you will be ok and I hope I will recive many critics from you in the futere sir.

Well I'm sorry to hear about this and glad you are OK

About 2 weeks ago I was driving through a local village I saw a 5 series BMW half way through a wall, back wheels in the air. I could have stopped and photographed it, but didn't. Later I heard that a drunk driver had driven the car through the wall at 1 o'clock in the morning nearly killing the child sleeping on the other side of the wall. Her wardrobe fell over the bed protecting her from falling debris.

Glad I didn't take picture. Glad non were posted here. After the Diana in the tunnel stuff incident I think photographers have to be careful where people are dieing (not just royalty). Paramedics could not get to Diana as photographers wouldn't get out of the way.

The 6MP DSLR first appeared in 2002. They're still selling in 2008. Thats a good run.

Hope that the shock and bad memories fade away with time. Just makes no sense when it is the innocent that suffer from the actions of others.

Kindest thoughts and best wishes.

and like you said, enjoy your family...you are here and healthy to photograph another day...

horrible about the poor woman who was killed...

take it easy getting back into your normal routines...it may take a while to feel 'normal'...

kind regards

M
