6D-shutter count

Hi

I uploaded my 6D raw file to two websites to check the shutter count but both gave me no data in raw file

Is there any other web site to check my 6D shutter count?

Negative did it with both raw and jepg file both from same camera both having same serial number files (Raw and Jepg)

The same happens to me, this is always the result I get, regardless of the camera. How is it possible that for some people these programs always work, but never for me?

This software works fine with Pentax K1-MKII

but does not work with EOS-6D

To confirm and to be thorough, you did use a JPEG straight from the camera. Not a conversion from the raw into a JPEG?

Would you send me a JPEG to test? A picture with the lens cap on would be fine.

As long as it is a JPEG.

I did try and no luck.

I downloaded the file:

36ca5ba1e18b43a8829caea0f852e6c4.jpg

I am pretty certain that wasn't the original JPEG file name, so not sure what happened/changes to the file when uploaded to DPReview?

Plus looks like that image was taken on the 13th July 2024?
