what is cloudfare and why did it block me

hello, ive been a member for over 20 years and have never been blocked by dpr over content. but today as I was browsing some threads via chrome, I was blocked by cloudfare. also blocked w android phone. any idea how to deal with this? on line now using old version of explorer, seems to be working fine.

I'm blocked as well, I suspect it's because I have an older Mac OS (High Sierra) that won't allow the latest release of Chrome to run, and Cloudflare is checking browser version

It works fine with Safari on the same Mac.

Cloudflare is a cloud website infrastructure and security company. DPR website is somewhat borked atm.
