Somewhat startling decor, not fully compatible with a mild hangover.

EDIT I just noticed this is the MFT forum, not the open talk
I was in previously. My apologies, pls don't shoot me, delete if necessary.

Just a guess, but Bulgarians put red and white string in trees, I think sometime in March, if I remember correctly. This looks just like that to me.

I lived with a Bulgarian woman for 10 years and visited Bulgaria 9 times.

Ah, the lovely original Testarossa, the most iconic of the 512s IMHO , and a funny story to go with it :)

The showroom had a later model, 512TR. The view partially obscured by a silver 360 Challenge Stradale.
Yes, that's another good looking one! I think most of the great Italian designers -no matter if working for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Alfa, Maserati or de Tomaso- had a rather emotional approach to their job when it came to creating such a 'bella macchina'.

Just good I'm old enough to still enjoy looking at such a car but no longer want to own one! Makes life a lot easier! (Mainly because it is a lot easier to get out of something like my Renault Scenic than out of any great looking Ferrari!) :-D

Had no idea Wankel rotary chainsaws were a thing. Interesting. Did you hear it run? Looks sort of orange though :P
The Dolmar KMS4 from the mid-seventies (KMS = Kettenmotorsäge, chainsaw). There is an old used one on ebay, the seller is asking for € 1.550 https://www.ebay.de/itm/Sachs-Dolma...447120?hash=item1cfd0b1890:g:zOgAAOSw5wRf6eyV

The colour, yes, not as red as a Jonsered, but on the other hand not as orange as something Stihl.

The sound: Difficult to describe, maybe slightly different compared to an ordinary 2-stroke engine, but on the other hand closer to that 2-stroke sound than I expected it to be. Less rpm than a modern one.

Photographed this dark red (could be maroon) Mustang on an early frosty morning here in Vancouver...Obviously, heavily processed to get the look presented here...

There's a good hike through New Forest National Park in Wiltshire and Hampshire that ends at a Ferrari showroom, just opposite a decent country pub. Being a big child, I had to go have a look, only to see they had a pristine, stunning, Rosso Corsa F40 parked in the shop.

Not a particularly skilful shot, just an incredible looking car.

Anyway, thought some of you might like to see the car.

Red's a tricky colour to capture, so thought it might make a good challenge to throw out there. Show off your photos of red things. The gauntlet has been thrown.
Amazing car for their day. A true, stripped to the bone, sports car. As close as you could get to a race car actually :) Lovely capture, of what's now a pretty rare & valuable car.

Hello Ruairi,

Beautiful car the F40 and nicely captured.

While I didn't see a Ferrari in Cuba there was no shortage of red beauties on wheels

Whilst working in China and arriving around the time of the Chinese New Year I came across this tree with these tokens & ribbons hanging off it, also notice that the leaves are gold, I've no idea what tree it is but really stunning.

Glorious. Love the Lancia Fulvia photo especially. The cropped open wheel one looks like an MG TC methinks.
