On a Z8, I understand there are duration limits for timelapse videos both in Timelapse Video mode and in Interval model with the Timelapse Video Option enabled.
For example, I want to create an 8k timelapse video in camera, 30fps at 1 second intervals with .8 shutter speed in Interval mode with timelapse video enabled. I believe it has a duration limit for the movie it creates of around 1'12".
What happens when you set the interval to create a sequence time greater than the video duration limit?
Does it create ALL of the raw files and then makes a shorter, truncated 8K video? Or does it create multiple shorter 8k videos? Or does it somehow prevent you from creating the longer interval time?
Thanks in advance! Rick
