VG...got an example of what I should be shooting for? I'm curious
what "style" you go for or what you would recommend. I have this
particular set up down pat...it's time to go for a different
"look". Suggestions welcome! Or email me if you like.

Decrease the softening effect on her hair--that should remain in sharp focus. You might also want to use a little cloning/liquify to boost her hair volume a bit. I'd also do a little bit to remove the eyeliner, which seems too thick and smudgy to me. Also, the eyebrows have a fairly prominent bushiness toward the inside and suddenly get really thin. A bit of blending/cloning there might go a long way to make it look more natural and less waxed.

Love the skin tone adjustment--you got that dead on. Also love the work on her irises, removing the second catchlight, and providing moonlighting. I might make the whites a touch less pink. The pearl in her ear belies the second light source and seems a tad out of place because of it, so you might want to try removing the contribution from the second light there as you did for her eyes (a very minor nit, I admit).

Something doesn't feel quite right about the wrinkle removal...it seems a bit too much, I might add back a bit more of the contribution from the original. Either that, or completely remove the lines that follow the contour of her neck...I know you probably didn't do this, but it seems like her face has been made younger than her neck the way it is now.
