What is 3216? And "06 November 2005" is definitely Sunday, but...?!

FWIF, correct Date Taken of the photo by Windows Property and Exiftool is as follows.

Now, Date Taken for the same photo is shown as:

"3216" thing is gone, but still date and time probably with time zone? (+9:00).

Maybe this could be temporary state in the cite rebuild process. If so, ignore this thread.

Probably temporary, but also please double check your profile settings and set your timezone to what you want it to be.
