If I have uploaded an image don't hesitate to de-noise it, correct the WB, clone out dust and dead pixels, saturation, USM, resize, print and send me the result..
Also advice and criticise.

...there was even a case at D200 forum where someone was very proud of his macro shot just to be shamed by the macro shots from fz30.
Wow, you consistently produce outstanding Macro, honestly this work
could easily beat most of the stuff i see in DSLR mega buck macro
forums.
Really excellent work, keep em coming!

tchuanye ,ive been lookin at your gallery of spiders and its fantastic. can you give a few tips on how to find spiders? i know there are tons of em in the bushes around my house, but out of the many occasions i went looking, i only got lucky once with a brown crab spider. how do you find them , and not scare them away?

I started off with nothing and I still have most of it left.

...I just walk around, and look for movements or contrast in the vegetation. I don't decide that I want to shoot spiders and hence find them, its more of like they just happen to be there.

After finding them, movements have to be slow and steady...no sudden movement of camera. Some spiders are tolerant of more movement than others.

Hope this helps.

How nice that some ants nest above ground, where photographers can find them! Your capture of the care of the queen is absolutely tops. Your commentary gave me a lot of laughs, too!
By the way, can the Queen even stand on her legs? Or is she totally helpless?
