Was that with the Mini2 or maybe it doesn't make a difference. But I thought that with the Mavic2 and 3 having better cameras that it would make a difference.

We're you flying maximum altitude. My sense is for that particular photo, the higher up the better. More land would have been seen giving it a more worldly sense.

I really don't think going higher would be limited by the laws if you started yout flight on a hilltop if there is any hill or mountain near there. That would make for an even better photo.

If you find yourself shooting in bright/harsh light conditions a set of ND filters is going to be basic equipment for fixed aperture camera drones. Even when cloudy, but yet bright enough I use an ND filter. I would only consider not using an ND in true "Golden Hour", or low light conditions. There are ways to avoid filter use, but IQ results can be less than optimal.
