“Turn the camera off and on again” problem

I’m opening this topic to ask if anyone has ever experienced the following issue when turning on their Fuji camera: when I power it on with the 90mm f/2 attached, the screen shows “Turn the camera off and on again.” At first, if I pointed the camera upwards before switching it on, it would work normally, but as soon as I entered the gallery it would freeze. Now, if I point it upwards and turn it on, the lens starts vibrating (I can hear the focus group moving back and forth).

With the 16-80, this problem doesn’t occur.

I assume it’s an issue related to the lens.

I'd get the lens checked out.

Try cleaning the contacts of the lens and the body with a Q-Tip and some alcohol. When this fixes the problem, clean all your other lenses contacts.

I had such issue previosly with one of my lenses. I got it sent to Fujifim and they had to replace some glass elements. It's an LM lens, and it has this error when I turn on the camera with the lens pointing downwards.
