Three shots from E1 get published!

Metro is a free newspaper in NY and they've published two of my pictures before, last week they approached me again and asked if they could publish three of my winter pictures. I was very thrilled indeed, unfortunately I have no idea when the shots will actually appear. Regardless, I was thrilled about this and thought about sharing this with you folks.

The camera has nothing to do with it Raj...it's the photos...not the hardware.

Not yet, since its a free newspaper I believe they usually look for royalty free images or if they have got images from someone before (like they have from me), they probably follow their work and contact whenever there is something of interest.

I have a question to anyone who has had their photos published. Do you go out of your way to submit photos in to various places to have them published, or are you headhunted for them via blogs and/or online galleries etc? Or a bit of both?

Very nice photos!
