There was a long exposure app released for IOS recently called Spectre that take really cool looking long exposure photos, uses some AI and the app has a great UI.

I thought it was cool and something I would love to have, so I mailed them to ask when they plan to release an Android version, and they replied and told me they have no plans to make any Android apps. I am pretty disappointed. It seems pretty crappy of them.

So what app are there for Android that can take long exposure photos to create blurred clouds, rivers and the like?

Not interested in night photography so much since google has night sight. I want an app to create streaky images. Similar to how you stack multiple photos in Photoshop and use the 'mean' to merge them.

Take a look at the website and video below.

You could take a look at "cortex camera".

It a bit of an older app . So no AI. But with a tripod you can do long exposures like waterfalls.

Some phones seem to have trouble with it. But it works fine on my Nokia 9 Pureview.

Also "Photo Mate R3" in the google app store can do image stacking (median or averaging). it also has an auto align function.

My native camera app stores bursts in seperate folders , this makes it a fairly painless process to use Photo Mate to stack them.
