Took me a good few shots to get it right... I set the camera up on a tripod with the SB800 fixed to it. I got close to the lens, enough so i could see my reflection in it.
I posed and fired the remote.. after a few attempts, i got what i was after...
PP consisted of....
Adobe CS, created a new layer from the original and then..
Converted the new layer to black and white using the Channel mixer, ticking monochrome and adjusting the levels to how dark or light i wanted the black and white image.
After i was happy, i turned down the opacity of the black and white layer to show the original layer and thus bring the colour through a little.
When i was happy, i flattened the image and then did and auto level.
The i went to the edit option and clicked on fade auto levels.
This brings a box up and gives you the option of using a slider control to fade the levels.... there is also a drop down menu which i used to use the screen filter.
I did that and then i was finished.
Hope this helps...
Thanks for looking!

Moey!
