Of course grey market, very good ebay dealer. Talk to him about VAT and duty, he could solve a lot of importing "problems".

I purchased Nikon items from him, payed by PayPal. After 5 days I got the toys (in Italy).

The lowest price I've seen is HK$2,500 in "Gome" in Mongkok.

The megastore is siutated next to a giant D70 billboard so it's very easy to spot them.

Does anybody know what the price of the SB800 is currently in Hong
Kong. Would any resident please suggest the best place to buy from.

That's a good price...today I'd saw one for HK$2,650 in Broadway, a chain store that may be easier for visitors to spot.

The lowest price I've seen is HK$2,500 in "Gome" in Mongkok.

The megastore is siutated next to a giant D70 billboard so it's
very easy to spot them.

Ian, it's international warranty with Nikon Hong Kong chopped as the distributor.

You can get the English manual downloaded from the Nikon Singapore site...bless them.

By the way, I just got my D70 Kit and it also comes with Simplified Chinese manual rather than Traditional Chinese, I'm wondering if this is the same for all Nikon products in Hong Kong? Anyway, I'm fine with it as I only read English user manuals.

BTW, I got mine in Broadway for $9,400.
