I am in the process of returning a camera that was shipped to me due to a cancellation error (the camera was actually shipped the same day I cancelled the order, although their system said it was not supposed to ship for another week or so). Although Dell is paying the cost of shipping, I have still not received the shipping labels that they promised. It's been around two weeks since they were supposed to ship the labels, and I'm moving home from school on Saturday. If they don't get here by tomorrow, I guess I'll have to make a few more phone calls.

I just arrange a return of my A70 along with CF card to Dell. The
CSR told me that I have to pay for shipping it back! What the heck
is this! I just bought this camera last week, and all of a sudden
the price drop on their website to $299. I told them I'd be happy
to keep it if they would credit $50 back to my account, they
wouldn't. Now, how do you guys return the item for free of charge?
