Hi,

I kindly ask for some help to more experienced users.

I have an R6ii with a RF24-105 f/4L IS USM attached. I switch the camera in video mode. In the 3rd red menu I have the setting "Auto Slow Shutter" which I would like to activate and play with it. The description in the manual is this one:

R6ii Manual, Page 449
R6ii Manual, Page 449

The problem is that this setting is greyed out and I do not find how to activate it. Movie recording size is 4K 59.94P IPB Standard - this should allow the activation of the Auto Slow Shutter setting - but it does not. I tried to change several other settings but Auto Slow Shutter setting remains grey.

Any hint?
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the various exposure modes, with and without auto ISO? It may be enabled for some, and not others.

Thanks, John,

It worked fine in Av. In M and Tv setting "Auto slow shutter" is greyed out. It makers sense.
