PS CS for Mac at Amazon

--I have PSE 2 and am thinking about upgrading to PS CS before the good offers expire (in June ?) . I've seen some posts here about the offer from Adobe for $299. Is this what I need to order, or is this "PS CS Upgrade for Mac" at Amazon the one I want? I am unclear about "Upgrade". Does that mean the Amazon version is an upgrade for existing PS CS, or is it the upgrade for anyone using software below PS CS ? Here is the link:

--So you have to have PS 7 to get the upgrade? Someone here posted that Adobe had the upgrade for PSE 2 to PS CS....anyone know more about this?

Thanks. You just saved me from making a big mistake. I'll be happy with PSE 2 and Hidden Powers for a while till I feel I'm ready for Photoshop grad school ! I appreciate the info!

So a person would have to be brain dead to pay $650 for a full version of Photoshop CS. Instead, buy PSE2 (ca. $70), then upgrade it ($299), for a total cost of $369.
