Pro1 Equivalent Current Model

So what would you think is the current equivalent model to the Pro1?

I don't think they make them that slow anymore :> )

Interesting suggestions.

Some time ago I had a Fuji S7000, but hated the fact that I couldn't get a sharp 100% crop because of the SuperCCD sensor. Is that still an issue with the 9600?

Well, I have to give full credit to the staff of Jessops in Livingston on this one. When I went there with my complaint about the insurance company's choice of replacement they immediately agreed with me, and we discussed a couple of suggestions I had come up with. They them phoned the insurance company and came up with a very fair settlement.

I am now awaiting my Jessops vouchers in the post...

Snap! mine just gave up after years of good service . wonderful lens if a bit slow. Canon never replaced it and none of their current crop have the 28mm feature.

I bought a Fuji 9600 which is the nearest but i also have a Panny TZ3 which matches it for results [up to A3],smaller but technology now means its as good as the Pro 1.
