Posting images in a thread

I added some images in a new post to an existing thread. It was odd. I could insert images (menu icon) or Control + P - didn't try that. So got some in, then they went large in the body of the post and showed as small, thumbnails? on the bottom again at "attach files." Well apparently you don't need to clik the attacj files and if you right click the duped images, theres no delete but then a little box shows up with a trashcan and some other icons. That did remove the extras. But the process blocj=cked the edges of the body of the post and made figuring out how to get text in difficult. I did get text in at the top.

It also shows I posted at "10:27 pm yesterday" (or something like that and "we" weren't up and running at 10 something pm yesterday.
