If you shoot many portraits, Noiseware is the best.
For regular textures (Not Human Skin) Topza Denoise is the best.

I think they are about to release a new version.
So before you buy it, make sure that if they do, you'll get a free upgrade.

Nois ninja is my preferred one. Try it out. But I believe most of the software other mentioned will do the job fine...

You can select area and colour channel not affecting anything but what you need to, keeping detail/sharpness to a maximum.
