Nikon Capture NX-D install Issue

Has anyone had problems installing the software on a Windows 7 64 bit computer? After downloading the official version 1.0 I tried installing on 2 different Windows 7 computers. After starting the install the progress bar does not move at all.

No problems here. Installed just fine.

I have the same problem with a Win 7 64 bit system. What was the fix please?
