Photography, alone of the arts, seems perfected to serve the desire humans have for a moment - this very moment - to stay. - Sam Abell

Photography records the gamut of feelings written on the human face, the beauty of the earth and skies that man has inherited, and the wealth and confusion man has created. It is a major force in explaining man to man....by Edward Steichen.

Those are really excellent!! I also like the color one! Please do share EXIF info!

If you like what I can do with cards, wait til you see what I do with the limes.

Hi Daniel,

I've been meaning to ask you whether or not you have enlarged photos using this technique, and if so how large? How did the results come out. I ask because I gave your technique a go, but I remember there being a noticable amount of noise added with the high pass filter.

As for the photos, good work as always, it's what I've come to expect from your work.

Hi Naveed, the largest I've printed my photos is 8.5 in by 11 in, The noise is invisible at this size, if you are really concerned about the noise you can always run neat image after or reduce the opacity of the high pass layer.
Cheers
Danny

I saw your tutorial over at NikonCafe and it is very good. I love the control with the three "selective color" adjustments. I've used the "rough sharpening" high-pass filter approach before, it works very well.
