My first model shoot ..

So we're away on vacation, kids are bored at the table, and my 7 year old daughter asked me to take a few shots... whaddaya think? I promise these are straight from the camera, no PP at all... shot with my 50mm 1.8 (which is over 20 years old - and still the sharpest lens I own)

They look a little underexposed. Models now a days are using so much silicon. I prefer them more natural.

Please learn more to use the whiteblance and a correct exposure.

Learning hwo to use the flash olso will be a very good idea.

Totally understood it. I know they were a bit under exposed. The batteries in my SB600 died... I bought more today.

I so wish I had bought the 70-300 before this trip. There are loads of beautiful birds... even say a Tucan today (first one in the wild I ever saw).. will post a few when I return from vacation.

Wow, I like that first one... the way you caught the wind blown hair across her face... the way you captured her expression, those mesmerizing eyes and her sumptuous lips... nice bokeh in the background... lol, the pictures are a little underexposed, but still very nice, especially with no PP .
