Here is an example video I just did. In this particular case, I don’t want to see the people walking on the sidewalk and the cars passing on the bridge. I think I want to remove anything that is present for just a single frame. In theory, that could be done. The other thing is this has been post processed in Premiere Pro and the “Warp Stabilizer” effect applied because with the drone close to the ground, the small jitters that the drone has was very unsettling.
Clearly, other hyperlapse / timelapse videos would have far different criteria. I’m just wondering if such a program already exists and, since I’m a retired programmer, I wonder how much work it would be to produce a tool like the one I described and how much other people would enjoy using such a tool.
