Multiple exposure on X-T5

Hi, I was going to get a xt5 today but I wanted to try it out before buying it and I found one thing I couldn't solve: activating multiple exposures saves only the final jpg and not the intermediate raw. I couldn't find the solution, so in the end I left it there.
Now the doubt came to me: wasn't it maybe set to save only in jpg and so it didn't save the intermediate shots because of that (although it seems absurd to me)?
If any of you have it can you tell me if setting it to raw+jpg saves them?
Also I noticed (and the guy at the store as well) that when you turn it on the menu button doesn't work for the first 5/6 seconds. Does yours do this too?
Thank you very much

Yes - you likely had it set to save jpg only - otherwise you would have also got the intermediate raw files

If you use exposure bracketing or focus bracketing, the camera will save the RAWs when set up in RAW or RAW+JPEG.

If you use Film bracketing, I believe it saves only 1 RAW and multiple JPEGs.

I tried the Multiple Exposure feature this morning to test, and can also confirm that when the Image Quality is set to Fine + Raw, the intermediate raws are indeed saved along with the final camera-generated jpeg. When the IQ is set to jpeg only, raws are not saved, just the final jpeg (no intermediate jpegs).

Regarding the power on: I checked my X-T5 in all performance modes, and there was no significant delay in being able to access the menus. The problem with trying cameras in store is that any number of people may have played around with it and adjusted the umpteen settings, so I would recommend simply resetting the demo camera before truly trying it out (and in Fuji's case, enabling Boost mode in the performance menu).
