On the latest version of Windows 11, I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 (PSE) with the free NIK Collection (NC) plugged in...for a couple of years. Although NC occasionally is a bit quirky (eg, wouldn't open from File>Automated Tools, but did work in Filters,) for the most part, it has been working just fine. Now, just the other day, when in PSE and calling for NC, some of the actions would work, while others wouldn't. For example, Define would work, but then Vicaza (and the others) wouldn't work stating that there was a "disk error." Well, needless to say I've spent a lot of time trying to get things right and I did, but really don't know how...other than I just downloaded NC 1.2.11 and had it automatically install itself. However, I do have the feeling that it may have something to do with how I have installed the downloaded NC into the PSE plug-in. To my embarrassment, I'm now going to show you what PSE's plug-ins look like...a real mess, but it is working as it should. I think it would be helpful if someone could show me what the file structure should look like when plugging in the free NIK Collection, or any other suggestions? Thanks.

EDIT: Oh crap, one of the problems is back. While in PSE and going to NIK plug-in, one of the actions I use comes up with the "disk error" issue. And, to further confuse, closing and opening PSE, a different NIK action may be the one with the disk error. Moreover, doesn't seem to matter which action is the disk error, as the other actions are OK. So, we now have, as we had before I thought all was OK, a randomness of which action won't work while the other do when using NC within PSE??? This has become a major bummer!
