Lightroom: Can I change the frame background color?

I've been using Lightroom for years, and have just started using CC Classic.

As I've gotten older, I'm finding it almost impossible to read the information on the image frame in the Library module. On my monitor, the shooting information font is middle gray, and no matter how I switch the background color, the frame stays just a slightly darker gray. Is there a way to change either the background or the font?

I only have creative suite 6 so i don't know about CC2018
