Lightning Trigers, some help please.

I live near Tucson AZ. We are coming into a storm season. I have Nikon Z equipment, in a recent exchange a forum member suggested I get a lightning trigger. I have been considering one for a while and now I am at a point of buying one. For those that have a lightning trigger please state:

1. which one you have, (what led you to purchase that one?)
2. for how long you have owned it
3. how you like it

For those who have done some research but not yet purchased:

1. Which one are you considering
2. Why one over another

The principle is little different from a flash slave, I have a couple that I made myself. That's probably little help as it stands but you could do a search for circuits.

I have this also, however have noticed no activity on their site for two years. Not to sure is they are still in business.
