If that is absolute must wait for MS to release long announced touchscreen add on for Windows 7. There are few windows 7 tablets on the market already (Chinese but really good) but at the present you really need keyboard with it.
Of course Windows 7 tablet has all the advantages of being a PC compatible with Windows platform. Adobe Lightroom for example.
Battery life is a big downside for these. Without external batteries it's 3 hours tops
