As the title say, any of you knows of a way to zoom in as much as the JPEG files allow in camera? Sorry if the question has been asked and answered already.

Apart from needing jpeg, I don't think any Fuji camera shows 1:1 magnification. I didn't check the latest cameras, but the previous models didn't provide 1:1 magnification. Comparing to Sony cameras, which indeed show 1:1, the maximum magnification on Fuji bodies is more like 1:2.As the title say, any of you knows of a way to zoom in as much as the JPEG files allow in camera? Please share your source. I've always been under the impression when shooting RAW+JPG (full sized JPGs) then the magnified preview was displayed at 100%. I may be totally wrong here (not the first time or the last), but I am unable to find information that confirms what you're suggesting here. I scanned thru the user's manual but couldn't locate the specifics, so hoping you'll either have a page reference or some other credible source.Apart from needing jpeg, I don't think any Fuji camera shows 1:1 magnification. I might be wrong here but i took FB's comment to be as viewing the 'embedded RAW jpeg' to have a maximum magnification of 1:2 (50%) not the shot with both Jpeg and Raw combination, displayed jpeg. Please share your source. I will be anxiously awaiting his response. You may well be right, in which case I misinterpreted his post.I might be wrong here but i took FB's comment to be as viewing the 'embedded RAW jpeg' to have a maximum magnification of 1:2 (50%) not the shot with both Jpeg and Raw combination, displayed jpeg.
I have been wrong too
It's right there in the post you are replying. Compare it to Sony 100% magnification. Do you guys ever shoot with more than one camera? It's really something that you notice immediately. Please share your source.Apart from needing jpeg, I don't think any Fuji camera shows 1:1 magnification. There is a more difficult way, of course. Shoot a test chart, calculate the pixel density of the LCD screen, multiply the size on LCD, compare to the same on the test chart, calculate magnification.
