I’ve watched a tutorial video but I’m confused.

He said to be able to get the Fully Saturated Green Color In RGB Color Space

Settings should be like this

Channel : Green

Red Slider : Left

Green Slider : Right

Blue Slider : Middle

And

When he moves blue slider min and max he gets secondary and tetriary colors.

How will the settings for other settings which another channel is selected (Red or Blue) for fully saturated tones and secondary and tetriary colors and why?
 
Best is color triangle:

The three light additive primaries at apex (Red -- Green -- Blue

The three subtractive primaries (complements) comprised of two additive primaries.

Cyan is Blue + Green. Cyan's complement (opposite) is Red. Red + Cyan in equal amounts neutralize to white or neutral gray.

Magenta is Blue + Red, its complement is Green.

Yellow is Red + Green, is complement is Blue.

Think of off color image as one of these six primaries.

Image is too Blue, needs Yellow.

Image is too Red, needs Cyan.

Image is too Green, needs Magenta.

Image is too Cyan, needs Red.

Image is too Yellow, needs Blue.

Image is too magenta, needs Green.

Images generated on computer screen or TV are comprised of Red, Green or Blue pixels RGB.

Images on paper (prints) are comprised of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow CMY.

Prints on paper, dyes are slightly off color. C+M+Y should make Black but results is too gray. Higher contrast is needed, printers add black, called a Kicker to increase contrast CMYK.

Forget tertiary, this word tens to confuse students. Think three additive primaries RGB and three subtractive primaries.

Additive RGB is the colors that comprise the light source. Subtractive CMY are comprised of the three additive primaries minus one. Cyan = white light minus Red, Magenta is white light minus Green, Yellow is white light minus Blue.
