Hyperspace Error

Hi Folks,

I just brought a HyperDrive SPACE that came with a Hitachi hard drive (80gb) already installed. After doing a test transfer of 256mb, from CF to PSD to computer; the next time I turned it on, I got this warning:

Detail Info
HDD Not Found
(page icon) 50005 (folder icon) 64kb

I can do a check of remaining space w/o problem - the drive shows empty as it should. I can also mount the drive on my computer. But I get this error every time I turn on the unit.

I've searched the docs and google, but haven't found any info. Has anyone seen this before?

What you are seeing is an error message from a previous process, it will keep showing up until you clear it (done by pressing the middle button).

You might want to open up the back casing to make sure that the hard drive is securely fasten to the socket. There should be a white rubber washer to prevent the hard drive from moving about, if it is not there, you also stuff some paper.
