I was of the opinion about mis-spending time.
However, I spent a good while over a couple of days trying to get rid of a folder that I couldn't delete. I changed owner and permissions, but it just wouldn't go. Error 0x80070091.
Eventually I spotted a suggestion to run checkdsk. Turned out to be a corrupted folder. Once that was repaired, the folder could be deleted.
(The folder was of size 0 bytes.)
My point? I'm not in a position to criticize anyone else for how they spend time with their PC configuration. ;-)
